Dave Harbath specializes in coaching and training leaders, individuals, and teams with a particular focus on enhancing their Cultural Intelligence or the capabilities to function effectively across various cultural contexts, as well as helping them embrace the beneﬁts of today’s growing remote or mobile workforce environment for a rewarding, productive, and sustainable future. He accomplishes this by way of leveraging his broad cross-cultural business experience in the High Tech and Supply Chain industries combined with his collaborative coaching skills and facilitative cultural intelligence training.
Dave Harbath is a graduate from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, University of Washington with 25 plus years of leadership experience in the High Tech and Supply Chain industry. He has spent the last 20 years in Istanbul leading multicultural Emerging Market and global teams for both Expeditors International and Cisco Systems. He has traveled and worked across more than 130 countries, with extensive experience in supply chain, outsourcing, technical and customer services, as well as organizational change and development.
In 2014 Dave begin working as an independent consultant where he combines his extensive corporate business experience with the skills of a professional facilitator and business coach to work with leaders, individuals, teams and organizations. He holds a CIPD/EMCC Certiﬁcate in Coaching and Mentoring with distinction, and is a qualiﬁed Advanced CQ (Cultural Intelligence) Certiﬁed Facilitator, and Assessor. Today he is also an active member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council of Turkey and is a Former Member of the Board (2010-2012). Areas of focus include helping clients assess and enhance their Cultural Intelligence, as well as coaching managers of remote teams to help them ﬁne tune strengths, work on self-awareness and areas of leadership capabilities.
