Managing Director @ Colors in Projects
With over 20 years of experience in Change and Project Management, Simona is a consultant, author, international speaker and a passionate project management consultant. She is Managing Director of Colors in Projects, a consulting company specialized in Project Management services, and lecturer for he Project Management Master classes at NUSPSA, a renowned University from Romania.
Simona has been volunteering for Project Management Institute since 2004. She started as the President of PMI Romania Chapter and moved on as a member in the Leadership Institute Advisory Group and Chapter Member Advisory Group. She is now enjoying the collaboration within the Ethics Member Advisory Group. Even though professional experience is a defining aspect in her activity, she feels that she would not have come this far without a good sense of humor. She strongly believes that games and metaphors are powerful tools for having interactive and engaging workshops, presentations or training sessions, thus enforcing the learning process.
Simona has a Ph.D. in Sociology, she is a certified trainer for SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
