Fazıl Oral

Fazıl Oral graduated from Military Academy in 1986, then left the army 1990. He pursued his professional career in multinational companies, such as McDonald’s, Xerox, and Thomson Reuters. Between 1998-2013 he worked as consultant in MCT, and has had experience and deep knowledge on strategy, leadership, management skills and conflict management. Between 2013-2015 he took the responsibility as Managing Director in Deloitte Leadership Institute.

He delivered executive Coaching for C-Suit executives in Italy for two years. He has been one of the key executive coaches in Turkey for C-Suit level.

In numerous conferences he has been invited as guest speaker, including TED. He has attended a program in Harvard Business School on Strategic Decision Making and Conflict Management. He has master degree on Leadership, Coaching and Consultancy from Middlesex University. He has been student of many respected psychologist and psychiatrist, on human behaviors.
