Founded in 1969 and determining standards on Project Management domain worldwide, PMI is a leading non-profit organization. Globally, with more than 700 thousand members, and in 190 countries PMI operates locally with 280 ’’Chapter’’

PMI Turkey Chapter is a volunteer non-profit Non Governmental Organization, conducting Professional Development Activities in order to create awareness and form Project Management’s value in ongoing projects in our country. PMI TR is an organization representing more than 1000 PMP Certified Project Managers from various sectors ranging from Information Technologies to Construction and from Automotive to Defense Industry.

PMI TR, works on Localization of PMBOK®(Project Management Body of Knowledge) and provide Turkish language support for PMP®(Project Management Professional) certification exam, and strives to increase competent and trained Project Managers in our country.

Every year, traditionally under the brand of "PM SUMMIT", Project Management Summit is arranged by PMI TR. Developments in Project Management World, experiences and information on Project Management are shared in "PM SUMMIT" Project Management Summit, met under different themes every year. In 2015, in Ankara and İstanbul, more than 800 project manager, senior manager and academician came together in the summit. Summit, aims to host 500 participants in İstanbul and 350 participants in Ankara from various sectors this year. Intensive work on programs continues, targeting both academic and business world, panel and workshops in PMSummit. where expert speakers will share their experiences on the subject.

Project Management Summit, selecting a theme every year in line with expectations and trends in project management area, will confront the participants this year with "PROJECTS IN DIGITAL WORLD” / “DİJİTAL DÜNYADA PROJELER" theme.

14-15 October 2016 at the İTÜ, Suleyman Demirel Cultural Center will be held .

Event registrations are done via EventBrite application.

Presentations to be held throughout the day, parallel sessions, panels, lunch and coffee break, workshops are included in the registration fee. Workshops are limited by quota.

If you own PMP certification, in event entry, your registration is done with your PMI ID number and PMI is informed of your participation. Regarding your PDU earning with this event, PMI will send confirmation e-mail later. You can earn 14 PDU after your participation in PM SUMMIT 2016 Istanbul. Each day will provide you 7 PDU's, and in total you will get 14 PDU's by participating both days.

There won't be any certificate after the event.

PM SUMMIT 2016 will be held on İTÜ, Süleyman Demirel Kültür Merkezi. You may use Yenikapı-HacıOsman metro line and get off at Maslak, then walk in İTÜ Maslak Campus just 5 minutes. If you come by car, you may use university car park.
