Hadi Çolakoğlu

After he graduated from University of Miami in 1988 and got mastered in 1990 from Computer Information Systems under Honors Program, he started his Professional career in Ryder System Inc as Compensation Analyst where he lead definition and implementation of salary ranges, job evaluations, bonus plans and executive compensation, working with external consultants and preparing proposals on all aspects of compensation from stock option packages to commission plans. Then he took several roles in several companies before joining Microsoft in 2010. He started his career in Microsoft as Partner Account Manager of Digital Marketing Platform Group where he was identifying, signing, enabling and managing partners in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Austria. Then he lead EMEA Time Zone for Digital Marketing Platform followed by Incubation Sales Manager Western Europe South. Now he is Productivity Sales Lead in Middle East and Africa.
