Assoc. Prof. F. Tunç Bozbura

He was born in 1964 in Istanbul. F. Tunç Bozbura studied in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at Istanbul Technical University between years 1983-1987. He graduated from the Master of Science program in the first rank began doctoral studies in the same section in 1987. 1991 - 1992 academic year, he was in the United States St. Mary's University as a guest student in the doctoral program. He graduated from the doctoral study in Istanbul Technical University Institute of Science and Engineering Program in 2002. Besides academic career, he was working in the Koç Holding Koza Construction, Inc. (1988-2000), in the Eczacıbaşı - DASA Distribution Inc. (1990-1996). Between the years 1996 and 2001, he was working SPECTRUM (1996 - 1997), EGS - PERDAMA (1997-1999) and Horoz Logistics (2000-2001) as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Strategic Planning.

Assoc. Prof. F. Tunç Bozbura has also been providing training and consultancy services since 1996. His subjects are: Strategic Management – Innovation and Creativity- Intellectual Capital - Human Resources Management - Train the Trainer - Performance Management - Employee Selection and Placement - Compensation Management - Management Skills Development - Value Based Management - Teamwork - Leadership - Effective Decision Making and Problem Solving and Total Quality Management. He has given over 150 seminars on various industrial and commercial companies with including system consultancy, coaching and mentoring.

Assoc. Prof. F. Tunç Bozbura began working as a faculty member in Bahçeşehir University Industrial Engineering Department in 2001. He is now the Director of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He published 11 papers in international refereed journals, and more than 150 international cited.
